the only good thing was the cute decor, but honestly, one can’t sleep with LOUD noises from the road all night. Expecting a complimentary gesture as a preferred guest? Just kidding! The so-called customer support is a joke!!! I had to make multiple calls just to get access to my room. The location is misleading—you're stuck near the freeway, far from anything enjoyable. These scammy fees on a low-priced room are outrageous!!! Never encountered this before!!!
